Proposal / Final Defense
During the project/thesis oral defense, please attach the Turnitin originality report and ask the supervisor and committee members to sign in the blank space at the bottom of the report.

- Before applying for the project proposal oral defense, students must pass the core course test of the "Academic Ethics Education Course" with a score of 85 or above. Those who have not obtained proof of passing will not be able to apply for the project proposal oral defense, and even if they do, it will not be approved.

- Please submit the following items before the proposal defense:
1. Academic Ethics Education Completion Certificate (hard copy)
2. Proposal Defense Application Form (hard copy) (signed by advisor)
3. Committee Recommendation Form (hard copy) (signed by advisor)
4. Proof of attending two proposal defense sessions
5. Softbound copy of the proposal

- Before the oral defense, please submit:
1. Application form for the oral defense (hard copy) (signed by the advisor)
2. Recommendation form for the oral committee (hard copy) (signed by the advisor)
3. Record of attending two thesis defenses.
- After the oral defense, please submit:
1. Transcript of the thesis grade.
2. Evaluation form of the thesis.
3. Approval letter.
4. Report of comparison results of the thesis (signed by the advisor).
5. Originality comparison report (signed by the advisor and the oral committee).
- Fill out the online application form before the 20th of each month, and please call the department office to confirm if the application is complete after filling out the form.

Graduation Assessment

1. Softcover version of the thesis and approval letter (the softcover version should be signed by the advisor)
2. Six core evaluation forms (confirm whether the professor or tutor has signed and scored; whether the required reflective essays, participation certificates, etc. have been prepared)
3. Graduate participation plan and thesis defense record
4. Turnitin thesis comparison report (requires the signatures of the advisor and thesis committee)
5. Confirmation form of thesis title in Chinese and English
Here are the notes for uploading papers to the library:
1.Before uploading the electronic file, please make sure that the format specifications, content, graphics, and so on are all correct and the same as the final printed version of the paper.
2.Before submitting for review, please double-check the information filled in the system to ensure that it is correct.
3.The library will review the paper within one to three working days and in the order of "upload time" in the system.
4.After confirming that the paper has been reviewed and passed (received the approval email), please submit the authorization form to the relevant office, remembering to sign and date it in person.
(Two authorization forms are required, one with Ming Chuan University's letterhead and the other with the National Library's letterhead.)
5.Once the electronic thesis has been reviewed and approved, it will be immediately uploaded to the National Library's online thesis system. If modifications or changes are needed in the future, please fill out the "Ming Chuan University Degree Thesis Modification Application Form" and apply to the library.
